Do you offer free mobile service?
Yes. We offer free mobile service within the Lakeland, FL region at no additional charge. We also offer in-shop service near the Lakeland airport.
How far do you travel?
Our free mobile service area is approximately 20 miles from Lakeland. In many cases, further travel is possible with a small mobile service fee.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We work directly with your insurance company and can help start the process.
Do I have to pay a deductible if I go through insurance?
Florida policies with comprehensive coverage generally do not require a deductible payment for windshield replacement, but always verify your policy terms.
How soon can I get scheduled?
In most cases we can schedule for the next business day. Occasionally same-day service is possible depending on parts and schedule availability.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a lifetime guarantee to the original vehicle owner against installer or manufacturer defects.
How long will my repair take?
Most replacements take about one hour. Most chip repairs take about 30 minutes.
Do you transfer current stickers on windshields?
In most cases we can transfer toll stickers, inspection stickers, parking permits, and service stickers. Aftermarket tinting cannot be transferred.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo.
